The “Remus Georgescu” Symphony Orchestra of the Banatul Philharmonic Timișoara, under the direction of Maestro Radu Popa, invites you to a concert on Friday, March 21, 2025, at 19:00.
Together with the violinist Florin Iliescu (Resident Soloist of the Filarmonicii Banatul in the 2024/25 Season), the orchestra will perform Poloneza de concert for violin and orchestra, op. 4 by H. WIENIAWSKI, and then, “Caprice d’apres l’etude en forme de valse” for violin and orchestra by C. SAINT-SAENS/E. YSAYE.
Finally, we hear Symphony No. 4, in B flat major, op. 60 by L. van BEETHOVEN.
