We make content accessible by addressing topics relevant to both professionals and audiences unfamiliar with these musical genres. The language we use is one that the reader can assimilate regardless of their level of knowledge.

2.2.1 Akordaj License

Akordaj grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to access and use the content of the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. No advertisements/articles/news or the like are accepted for publication:

  • fortune-telling, clairvoyant, tarot, tarot cards and similar activities;
  • goods derived from the commission of any criminal offense, including, but not limited to, goods obtained by theft, robbery, fraud;
  • counterfeit, counterfeit or replica of original products, and any products or services that infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party, including music, movies, software or other works that infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights;
  • goods of such a nature as to deceive users as to their essential qualities or as to the very existence of the good in question;
    goods dangerous to human health and life, including but not limited to biocides, extremely dangerous pesticides, dangerous chemical substances and preparations;
  • dating services, services involving or suggesting sexual activities, videochat activities, escort services, erotic massage or other similar services;
  • offers or applications for employment in connection with or involving erotic massage, participation in adult films, services involving or suggesting sexual activities, videochat activities, escort services or other similar services;
    offers of multi-level marketing jobs (pyramid selling schemes) or working from home online;
  • advertisements concerning the demand for goods or services, except those falling under the category – jobs;
    Explosives and pyrotechnic articles (fireworks, firecrackers), with the exception of entertainment pyrotechnic articles in category F1, in accordance with HG No. 1102/2014 on establishing the conditions for making pyrotechnic articles available on the market;
  • Prohibited weapons and ammunition, lethal weapons and ammunition subject to authorization, as well as non-lethal weapons and ammunition, including military weapons, hunting weapons, stun guns, tranquilizer weapons, collector’s weapons, panoply weapons and blank weapons (bayonets, swords, swords, foil, daggers, knives, swords, knives, clubs, boxers, crossbows, bows, bows, bows, clubs, clubs and telescopic batons), with the exception of weapons falling under category E – other categories of non-lethal weapons and devices according to Law no. 295/2004, marketed under the law;

  • the marketing of pets without obtaining and holding the authorization documents required by law (pedigree certificate, health booklet, other documents of origin).
  • Marketing of meat and meat products by natural persons;
  • trade in live pigs;
  • trade in ivory or any product containing ivory;
  • provision of services or sale of products/equipment relating to the modification of NOx emission control systems of motor vehicles, in accordance with Art. 14, para. 1, letter h) of OG no. 78/2000 with subsequent amendments and additions.

2.3.5 Cookies
