Conductor Gabriel Bebeșelea signs with HarrisonParrot

HarrisonParrott announced today the addition of Romanian conductor Gabriel Bebeșelea to its global management portfolio, which was also confirmed by the artist through a post on his official Facebook page. This collaboration marks a new chapter in the remarkable career of Bebeșelea, who is already known for his commitment to musical excellence and exploration of a broad repertoire.

Gabriel Bebeșelea is currently Principal Conductor of the George Enescu Philharmonic and founder of Musica Ricercata. Through this platform, he aims to bring lesser-known works by composers to the forefront, with a special focus on the works of George Enescu. His research work has led to the publication and rediscovery of important works, culminating in recordings with the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin of masterpieces such as Oratorio Strigoii and Pastorale-Fantaisie pour petite orchestre.

Highlights of the 2024-2025 season include the conductor’s debut with the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra, a tour with the Tonkünstler Orchestra and performances with the Romanian Chamber Orchestra at the Concertgebouw Amsterdam.

Gabriel Bebeșelea has collaborated with some of the most acclaimed international ensembles, including Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin, Konzerthausorchester Berlin, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse, Antwerp Symphony Orchestra, Barcelona Symphony Orchestra, Singapore Symphony Orchestra, National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia, Aarhus Symphony Orchestra, Tonkünstler Orchestra and Prague Philharmonia.

His versatility and ability to bring a new light to the repertoire he tackles places him among the most highly regarded conductors of his generation, and his collaboration with Harrison-Parrott promises to further expand his artistic horizons and strengthen his position on the international music scene.
